My role is to protect your birth space, listen to your needs, and make sure you have the clear education you need to make the best choices for your body. I walk right beside you as a calm, reassuring companion through pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks at home.
Ways We Can Work Together
Every birth is completely unique. To give you a clear starting point, I offer three standard packages. If your family needs a different layout, we can completely customize your care using a flexible hourly rate when we talk.
To ensure I can give my full energy to every family, I take only one birth client every four weeks.
Birth & Postpartum Packages
The Foundational Birth Package
You’ll receive essential birth support, help throughout labor, and care at home in the early days.
Supported Tier: $1,100 (Reserved for those facing major structural or systemic economic barriers)
Standard Tier: $1,900 (Our baseline market rate; covers core business costs and living wage)
Sustaining Tier: $2,500 (For those with comfortable financial access, directly subsidizing community care slots)
What’s Included:
You’ll have two thorough prenatal sessions, where we’ll plan for your birth, prepare for labor, and give your partner helpful coping strategies.
Continuous Birth Support: 24/7 on-call availability from 37 weeks until your delivery, plus immediate postpartum support and breastfeeding guidance.
1 Postpartum Integration Visit: In-home check-in within the first week to process your birth story and assess immediate newborn adjustment.
Early Lactation Care: Direct help with chest/breastfeeding positioning, latch optimization, and troubleshooting.
The Nourished Thresholds Package
This package helps with postpartum recovery, meal planning, and extra support for feeding your newborn.

Standard Tier: $2,400
Sustaining Tier: $3,100
What’s included:
You’ll get everything from the Foundational Package, including two prenatal visits, continuous on-call support during birth, and early help with lactation and latch.
Custom Postpartum Meal & Nutrition Planning: You’ll have a special prenatal session to create a simple, healing recovery menu. You’ll get organized grocery list templates to share with your support network.
Postpartum Recipe Curation: You’ll receive a handpicked set of traditional comfort foods for the fourth trimester, like congees, stews, and mineral broths, all tailored to your dietary needs.
Extended Lactation Mentorship: You’ll receive three additional daytime home visits after birth (each lasting 4 hours) to support growth milestones, provide custom feeding support, and troubleshoot feeding challenges.
The Sovereign Sanctuary Package
Protective care and advocacy designed for people experiencing high-risk or chronic health issues during pregnancy.
Supported Tier: $2,000
Standard Tier: $3,200
Sustaining Tier: $4,200

This includes birth support, nutrition planning, and extended feeding care.
Specialized medical navigation and chart mapping: You’ll get two extra prenatal sessions, for a total of four, focused on understanding your medical charts, clarifying provider timelines, and helping reduce anxiety about the healthcare system.
Multi-provider advocacy: Help with creating a care plan with your OBs, Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, or other care teams to ensure your choices are respected and your needs are understood.
Chronic illness continuity: We offer focused physical and emotional support as you manage high-risk conditions, autoimmune flare-ups, neurodivergence, or physical disabilities.
Protected postpartum healing: You’ll have four structured postpartum visits that help you balance managing chronic symptoms with caring for your new baby.
